Land Consolidation

The process of combine adjoining titles into single title, whether for the purpose of enhance commercial interest or simplifying land ownership. Requires an application to be made with council for certification (aka Statement of Compliance), together with Plan of Consolidation and Surveyors Report.

Certified Plan of Consolidation and Surveyors Report will be released to lodging party (your lawyer/conveyancer) via SPEAR system.

Your lawyer will then use these documents to lodge with their application for Consolidation with Land Use Victoria.

The Plan of Consolidation will ultimately be registered at Land Use Victoria with a new title issued.
