Title Re-establishment Survey

A Title re-establishment Survey is used to determine the position of Title boundaries and how they relate to existing fencing and buildings along the boundaries. A Title re-establishment, often required as part of a Planning or Building Permit Application Survey can only be carried out by a Licensed Surveyor.

A Title Re-establishment Survey may be suitable in the following circumstances:

  • You are planning to build on or near your Title boundary.
  • You are replacing boundary fencing.
  • You are planning to build an extension or new development and need to identify any potential boundary issues before construction begins.
  • Fence disputes with neighbours or verification prior to buying or selling a property.
